Tonisco B30 – Heavy-Duty Performance for Demanding Hot Taps
The Tonisco B30 hot tap machine is built for high-performance tapping operations on larger pipelines and higher pressure systems. Engineered for durability and precision, the B30 is ideal for industrial applications where safe and efficient live pipeline work is essential — including district heating, cooling water, and gas networks. It supports a wide range of pipe diameters and materials, making it a versatile tool for utility operators and maintenance contractors.
Designed for long-term reliability in the field, the B30 allows operators to carry out hot tapping operations with minimal service interruption. The machine features robust construction, easy setup, and smooth operation under pressure. Water line stop project
Tonisco recently completed a 2xDN250 line stop on cast iron water pipelines, enabling critical modifications without service interruption.
The project involved safe and precise isolation of two VLR pipelines, followed by connection changes — all completed under pressure and without disturbing water supply to end users.
Working with cast iron pipes and live water systems requires the right tools, experience, and attention to detail.
